Delivery & Shipping Explained

Hi there friends,

I thought I would take a moment to explain shipping and delivery options. As you know, I am a small home based business and understand that shipping costs often exceed the cost of the product.

In order to minimise the cost to you, I welcome Free Pick up from my home and can deliver for free in the Traralgon area with a bit of notice.

Terrariums and Planters cannot be shipped at this stage for a few reasons.

The Timber Planters are very heavy as are some of the Terrariums. There are also Rules and Regulations for posting Organic Matter and Plants which I am yet to research.

Pick up or Local Delivery at this stage.

Bath Bombs

These are very light so shipping for Bath Bombs alone (I recommend at least 2 per bath) would be much less than the standard shipping rate and can be negotiated at checkout.

Room Sprays

The same rule applies as the for the Bath Bombs, for a single room spray.
